We really had an amazing stay at Trident- BKC. We we were stunned by the service given by the staff. I was thoroughly impressed by the service provided by Ashwini Singh at the reception to Madhav the chef who catered our dietary requirements with an ease. Elisabeth from housekeeping was just an amazing person always with a smile on her face. She made sure that our room was cleaned every single day and met our requirements as well. Overall the smile on everyone’s face just made us feel so welcomed and felt like home❤️. On the day of the checkout, Ashwini Singh made sure everything was done quickly without any waiting time. Also Mr Ratnagir ( senior trainer) at the reception was so calm and composed and so softly spoken as well. I hope I have provided the correct name. He came all the way till the waiting area after the checkout and was overwhelmed with our positive feedback. I had mentioned it to him and Ashwini that we were truly impressed with everything at the hotel and thanks for making my husband’s 40th Birthday so memorable and special.

Highly recommended hotel specially for those who travel for business trips. I would like to say special thank you to all the staff of Trident Hotel for such high level of hospitality and making me feel very special guest! Check-in process was very smooth and pleasant by receptionist Krunal, who was very polite and attentive to all my requests. During breakfast I was assisted by very kind waiter Jayraj, as well as chef Yash, who made sure my breakfast is joyful. Surprisingly, twice I have received small gestures from housekeeping team Vinay and Jyoti, I have received amazing perfume and make-up pouch with a lovely notes. Definetely will be back again!

I liked everything. I travel a lot and know what I'm talking about. The hotel makes you feel at home. The staff cares about your every step. They help with everything. Excessive attention. Here you can relax and feel real comfort. The rooms are clean, comfortable, there is water and fruit every day. You can eat breakfast for the whole day. Huge selection of dishes from different cuisines of the world. Many thanks to the staff for the level of service! European hotels need to learn from you. Hotel Trienda is the best of the exotic!

was offered a king room - which was a welcome upgrade.. extra bed was not used even with 2 x adults and 2 x kids (8 and 4) - so would recommend saving on it. special recognition to house keeping staff who made the room so well and also tidied up used kids clothes which were at times all over the room. we forgot her name otherwise would have given her deserving recoginition here. breakfast choices were great view of Jio world plaza fountain from the room even payable food was pricey but nice, including tea.

Excellent place to stay in Mumbai... close to Airport and Bandra West. Excellent buffet breakfast... good variety of food. Great swimming pool...rooms are spacious and staff are fantastic...if you are visiting Mumbai from Australia...I highly recommend this place. All staff are fantastic from checking in to checking out.. The staff member who checked us in was fantastic. She was very professional and courteous.
