The room comfort, although relatively small, I got everything I needed. The bed was comfy, and the pillows too. Breakfast was satisfying. In general, a clean hotel.

The staff were extremely friendly and proactive. The room was spacious and well provided. The Club facilities were great; the service very good. Check-in was a little delayed as the room was being prepared but the staff made sure were comfortable in the mean time. The small buffet and cocktails in the evening were a great way to unwind. The staff were very thoughtful and responsive to any request. The in-housing dining was very good and served promptly and very well. Check out was also very quick and efficient. The location is just outstanding if you have any business in the area; the facility is excellent as well.

Excellent place to stay in Mumbai... close to Airport and Bandra West. Excellent buffet breakfast... good variety of food. Great swimming pool...rooms are spacious and staff are fantastic...if you are visiting Mumbai from Australia...I highly recommend this place. All staff are fantastic from checking in to checking out.. The staff member who checked us in was fantastic. She was very professional and courteous.

The hotel was very clean and because it is close to the airport, it is very suitable for business trips. The breakfast buffet was very diverse, and anyone from anywhere in the world could find their favorite breakfast in a section of the buffet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel at 7 am, and when we asked for early check-in, they did their best and invited us to use the breakfast buffet even before check-in. They prepared a suitable room for us at 9:30, and I have rarely seen a hotel that cooperated so sympathetically for 4-5 hours early check-in.

Trident reputation with exceptional staff across functions be it front desk, restaurants, fitness center and housekeeping. Staff are friendly and willing in serving guests. Food was very good especially Breakfast buffet spread had diverse selctions. New year party at 022 was outstanding with some unique items which we were able to taste for the first time. Swimming pool is good for laps. Here I want to specifically mention Mr. Subham duty manager at reception who helped us making our stay very comfortable. All in all it was a memorable stay.

The staff were very helpful and polite, the hotel itself was beautiful and had all the amenities you would expect from a good 5 star hotel. The breakfast was great, the lunch thali was fantastic! Thanks

The overall friendliness of about every employee going out of their way to make the stay a comfortable and memorable stay. The breakfast buffet is the best I encountered (try the breakfast chaat, you will not be sorry), the club lounge provides a quite oasis and the Maya and O22 have some of the best food of the city.

Location. Bandra Kurla area is centrally located and the hotel shuttle to local attractions and offices.
